• Compare the conventional 'masterplanning' approach with the agile, iterative 'Strategic Doing' approach
• Look at key project management concepts such as time, cost, quality and scope
• Warn of some common mistakes to avoid

This course will help program and project delivery across a variety of disciplines, including project management, urban design, economic development, events, activation, community development, urban planning, tourism, arts, engineering, infrastructure, sustainability and more.

If you are not familiar with placemaking, you might want to do a quick crash course - Creating Great Places in 12 Minutes before starting this course. It will help you to better understand this course.
